Vanessa Reynolds is a self-taught video artist born and raised in Detroit. They are a grant recipient of the Detroit Narrative Agency:Radical Remedies series. Their experimental short film, “Joy Remembers,” was included in the spring 2021 exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit. Subsequently, their animated shorts have been featured in publications such as Fourculture, Your Mom’s Berlin, and exhibited at MdW fair, Chicago.
