Joan Kee
Joan Kee is an art historian and critic whose books include Contemporary Korean Art: Tansaekhwa and the Urgency of Method (2013) and Models of Integrity: Art and Law in Post Sixties America (2019). A contributing editor to Artforum, she has published over one hundred texts on contemporary art on a range of topics from Afro-Asian artistic intersections to cultural appropriation in such venues as Afterimage, the Brooklyn Rail, e-flux, Frieze, Hyperallergic, the Venice Biennale, and the National Gallery of Singapore.
