Salar Ansari

Salar Ansari is an Iranian multidisciplinary musician, DJ, producer, and recording engineer based in Detroit. His solo and ensemble works have earned him local and international recognition with live performances including MUTEK Montréal 25th Anniversary Closing and the Movement Music Festival’s Detroit Stage. Ansari directs Detroit’s Feeder Loft recording studio, runs the label Passed Out On A Persian Rug, and is a co-founder of Dubai’s Analog Room—building platforms that connect underground dance music, jazz, and cultural storytelling with purpose and momentum.
