Aj Sims

Anton “Aj” Sims is a Detroit-based performer, activist, and emerging choreographer who specializes in vogue performance and hip-hop. He is a leader in the ballroom scene, known for innovative “soft and cunt” performances that tell a story. Sims has walked in the World Aids Day Ball, Canada Liberation Ball, Rihanna’s Mugler Ball in New York, and numerous balls throughout the region. Sims has performed at Dlectricity, the Charles H Wright Museum, the Jam Handy, the Allied Media Conference, and Motor City Pride with his youth.
